Available Reports include:
Donation Details – Generate a line item report of all donation activity for your account, campaigns, sponsorships, etc.
Major Donors (Form 990 Prep) – Generate a report of all donation activity for your account that can be used to populate IRS Form 990 Schedule B.
New Supporters – Lists supporter records that were created in a given date range.
Pledge Details – Easily create a list of Pledges and the Amount left on the Pledge.
REACH Index – Lists all supporters and their current ranking based on their REACH Index Score. Compared to the Top Donors Report, the Index Score also includes how much money supporters have raised through campaigns and matching donations via soft credits.
Recurring Donation Audit – Track recurring donation records and view details of failed transactions.
Soft Credit Details – Easily create a list of soft credits and their donation purposes.
Soft Sponsors Report – Easily create a list of soft sponsors from your sponsorship program.
Sponsors – Easily create a list of current, past due, or cancelled sponsors from your sponsorship program.
Sponsorships – Easily create a custom list of sponsorships. Several multi-select / filtering options including sponsored Status (full, partial, un-), Program Status (Active (Not Left or Graduated), Left Program (Disabled), Graduated), Sponsorship Visibility (Public or Hidden), Birth Date or Month, Sponsorship Type, Program, Place, Category.
Supporters – Delve into your supporter’s information and involvement with your organization.
- Note: You can also create Supporter Groups and Supporter Segments to further classify your supporters.
Top Donors – Easily create a list of the top donors from a date range, campaign, etc.
