You can now create custom emails and drip campaigns that are automatically sent to your supporters after certain events take place in REACH.
Supporter notifications can be set up for the following events:
- Event Registration
- When an Offline Sponsorship (paid by cash or check) is past due
- When an Offline Sponsorship (paid by cash or check) is created
- When a Recurring Donation has Ended
- When a Sponsorship has been Cancelled
- When a Supporter has been Created
You choose the event, the days after the event for the email to be sent, the email template used and the email subject and message.
