REACH allows you to track any Emails sent from within the system.

Email Tracking is available for organizations on the REACH Pro or Pro Plus plan.

Tracking information will include when the email was sent and its recipients, who opened the email, the open count and the last opened date.

Tracking information will be listed on the main Emails page (Communications > Emails) and recorded on your individual supporter’s profiles. You can also export your tracking data to a spreadsheet.
