REACHpay Supporter Payment Methods

When using REACHpay as your payment gateway, supporters can use a variety of modern, secure payment options.

REACHpay supports all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and U.S. bank accounts (ACH/EFT).

The REACHpay payment method setup screen is different than what is shown for non-REACHpay users.

Accessing the Payment Methods Screen

Supporters can add or update their payment method on:

  • The donation page or in their Donor Portal > Manage Payment Methods

Admins can add or update a supporter’s payment method by:

  • Going to Supporters, selecting a Supporter profile
  • Under Payment Methods, click + New

Required Fields

  • When adding a new payment method, the following information is required:
  • Name
  • Payment Method Type:
    • Credit Card
    • Google Pay or Apple Pay (based on device/browser)
    • ACH/EFT (if enabled)
  • Address (Address 1, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country)
  • Phone Number
  • Notes:
  • The Google Pay or Apple Pay options are shown based on the browser or device:
    • Google Chrome or Android devices will display Google Pay
    • Safari or Apple devices will display Apple Pay
  • When using ACH/EFT, supporters can either link their U.S. bank account or manually enter bank details. For more details, see the ACH/EFT with REACHpay: Overview and Supporter Setup article.
  • Additional options:
    • Check Make Primary Payment Method
    • Check Update all recurring donations to use this payment method
  • Once all fields are complete, click Submit to save the new payment method.
