Each plan includes a core set of features with varying levels of donor-management tools, automation, and customization.
This article explains the available plan levels and the differences between Basic and Full Donor Management, including how plan selection may vary depending on your payment gateway.

Plan Levels
Each plan includes the features above, with differences primarily in donor-management functionality and automation tools.

Fundraising Plan
- Includes Basic Donor Management
- Enables fundraising and peer-to-peer campaigns
- 500 text messages per month
- Does not include sponsorship management
Sponsorship Plan
- Includes Basic Donor Management
- Enables sponsorship management tools
- 500 text messages per month
- Does not include fundraising or peer-to-peer campaigns
Essentials Plan
- Includes Full Donor Management (see below)
- Adds fundraising, sponsorships, custom forms, and editable email templates
- 1,000 text messages per month
Pro Plan
- Includes Full Donor Management
- Adds email tracking, API access, supporter pledge-donation capabilities, admin automation filters, and country blacklisting
- 2,000 text messages per month
Pro Plus Plan
- Includes all features of the Pro Plan
- Designed for organizations using a payment gateway other than REACHpay
- Flat transaction-fee model ideal for high-volume organizations
- 2,000 text messages per month
Changing Your Plan
You can update your plan at any time:
- Go to Account Settings > Details.
- Select your desired plan from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Plan changes take effect immediately and will be reflected on your next invoice.
If you are switching to a REACHpay-enabled plan, contact our Support Team for assistance.
Important:
If you downgrade from a plan with Full Donor Management to one with only Basic Donor Management, you will lose access to certain features and data on supporter records.
Donor Management Overview
REACH offers two donor-management tiers: Basic and Full.
The main difference lies in the depth of CRM functionality, customization, and automation tools.
Basic Donor Management
Included in the Fundraising and Sponsorship plans.
Features include:
- Manage sponsorships and donations
- Basic supporter profiles
- Custom fields
- Donation and sponsorship history
- Contribution statements
- Mail merge
- Supporter donation and sponsorship tracking
- Automated emails using the default REACH template (not editable)
- Integrations: Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Pixel, and 360MatchPro by Double the Donation
- 500 text messages per month
Full Donor Management
Included in the Essentials, Pro, and Pro Plus plans.
Additional Features:
- Customizable email templates
- Email tracking (Pro and Pro Plus)
- Custom forms
- Admin permissions and access controls
- Supporter activity history
- Head-of-household designation
- Tasks, notes, and file uploads on supporter records
- Direct supporter communication (email/text) from supporter records
- Pledge management within supporter records
- Supporter grouping and segmentation
- Supporter record merging (deduplication)
- Sponsorship-specific tools:
- Past-due sponsor notifications
- Hide fully sponsored items from public view
- Donor portal past-due alerts
- Conversations module
 
- Admin tasks and reminders
- Ability to filter Admin Automations (Pro and Pro Plus only)
- Monthly text message allowance: 1,000–2,000 depending on plan
- API access (Pro and Pro Plus)
- Country blacklisting (Pro and Pro Plus)
- Supporter pledge-payment capabilities (Pro and Pro Plus)
Choosing the Right Plan
- For CRM capabilities such as custom forms, segmentation, automation, and pledge tools, the Essentials, Pro, or Pro Plus plans (Full Donor Management) are recommended.
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When downgrading, note that Full Donor Management data and functionality will no longer be available.
