The Recurring Donation Summary Report is used to generate a summary report of your active recurring donations including the Start Date, Purpose, Recurring Period, Total Donated, and End Date (if applicable).

A generated Recurring Donation Summary Report will include the following by default: 

• Supporter
• Purpose
• Recurring Period
• Recurring Amount
• Currency
• Base Total Donated
• Last Donation Date
• Next Donation Date
• End Date
  • Note: The End Date shows when a supporter has set an end date for their recurring donation from your donation form. To disable this option, email us for instructions.

The Select Columns to Display button can be used to add additional filtering options to your generated report. Simply click the checkbox to include any of these columns in your generated Report. For this report, you may want to include the Start Date for the recurring donations and supporter Email.

Filtering Options#

Filtering options include: 

• Use Quick Date Range
• Choose a Date range > Start Date and an End Date for certain dates
• Choose a Supporter Group
• Choose an Affiliate
• Choose a Donation Form
• Choose if Taxable (True/False)
• Choose Donation Tags
• Choose Supporter Tags
• Choose any additional Supporter Filters

As with all Reports in REACH, you can save as a Report Template to use later and/or schedule as an auto-generated weekly or monthly recurring report.
