This page details how a supporter of a nonprofit using REACH can login to their Donor Portal and how they can cancel their account.

Logging into the Donor Portal

As a supporter of a nonprofit using REACH, you already have a Supporter record giving you Donor Portal access. After you sponsored or donated, you should have received an email confirming your sponsorship and donation.

To access your Donor Portal for the first time, click on the Login button in that email.

Note: Can’t find the email? The website url for your donor account is typically the organization’s url followed by /users/sign-in. If that doesn’t work, please contact the organization directly.

This will take you to a page similar to this but with the organization’s logo:

  • Enter the email address you used when completing your donation or sponsorship, leaving the password field blank.
  • Click on the Sign In button.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password.

If you do not receive the email, you can click the Forgot password button on the sign-in page to reset your password.

Once reset, you will see a confirmation that your password was changed successfully.

Congratulations, you are now signed in to your Donor Portal! 

To login again, simply click the link from the organization’s website and enter you username/email and password.

Canceling your Supporter Account

As a supporter of a nonprofit using REACH, you can cancel your personal supporter account when logged into your Donor Portal.

Important Note: This is not the same as cancelling a single sponsorship or recurring donation. To do that, please contact your nonprofit directly.

Canceling your account will cancel all recurring donations and/or sponsorships and will remove your personal contact information. Details of any completed transactions, including your name, donation date, amount and purpose, will remain available to the nonprofit for record keeping.

Note: For tax purposes, we recommend you download your Contribution Statement prior to canceling. From your Donor Portal, next to Recent Donations, click See All. Then click Download Statement, choose your Date Range and click Submit.

To do so:

  • Login to your Donor Portal
  • At the bottom of your Profile page, you will see an area entitled Cancel Account
  • Click on the Cancel Account button, then click on Cancel Account again on the next screen.
  • A pop-up box will appear to confirm you wish to cancel
  • Click Ok
  • Once you click Ok, all of your recurring donations and/or sponsorships will be canceled and your personal contact information will be removed.
