The Sponsors Report will list all of your current, past due or cancelled sponsors from your sponsorship program. 

Note:

• This Sponsors Report is for your supporters that sponsor in your program, while the Sponsorships Report is for the sponsorships in your program. And the Supporters Report is used to view all of your supporter information, whether they sponsor or not.

Note: You can pull sponsor information for specific sponsorships using the Sponsorship field.

Filter Sponsors by Status#

To view sponsors based on their status, you will need to use the Sponsor Payment Status filter near the bottom.

• Which sponsors are currently active? (select Active – Ongoing current and Past Due)
• Which sponsors are Past Due? (select Past Due)
• Which sponsors cancelled their sponsorship? (select Canceled)

Filter Sponsors by Date Range#

The date options allow you to choose Quick Date Ranges, Start Date and an End Date or Months to answer questions like these:

• Which sponsors started sponsoring last month? (Date range > Last Month)
  • Note: Remember that using a Quick Date Range or Date Range will pull only the records created during that date range,
• Which sponsorships were cancelled since January 1st? (Cancelled date range > Start Date of January 1st, End Date as current date)
• Which sponsor/sponsorships were born in March? (Supporter/Sponsorship month of birth > March)

Filter Sponsors by Individual Details#

You can also filter sponsors based on details on their involvement with your organization, or by geography:

• Which sponsors are a part of my Founding Sponsors Group? (Group > Founding Sponsors)
• Which sponsors are tagged as Board Member? (Supporter tags > Board Member)
• Which sponsors are tagged to Admin: Renee? (Sponsorship tags > Admin: Renee)
• Which sponsors live in North Carolina? (Supporter state > North Carolina)
• Which sponsors live in Albania? (Supporter country > Albania)

Filter Sponsors by Organizational Details#

You have options to filter your Sponsors by how your organization has set them up, to answer questions like these:

• Who has sponsorships in Primary School Sponsorship type? (Sponsorship type > Primary School) 
• Who is supporting sponsorships associated to the Empowering Women Project? (Project > Empowering Women)
• Who has sponsorships in Haiti? (Place > Haiti)
• Which sponsors pay offline (by check or cash)? (Payment type > Offline)

Additional Options#

As with all Reports in REACH, you can save as a Report Template to use later and/or schedule as an auto-generated weekly or monthly recurring report.

The Select Columns to Display button can be used to add additional filtering options to your generated report. Any custom fields you have created for your sponsorships will be shown here. Simply click the checkbox to include any of these columns in your generated Report.  

Click Search to generate your Sponsors Report.
