REACH allows admins to mail or email a receipt from the Admin Console to a Supporter upon request.
Here’s how to print a receipt to resend to a Supporter:
- From the Supporter Record or the Donations Module, find the correct donation
- Next to the Donation, click Actions and select Print Receipt
- Choose the Donation Receipt or other template and click Generate to obtain a PDF of the receipt
- You can then print or attach to an email to your donor
Note: The Donation Receipt template is located in Mail Merge templates and can be customized there, as well as other thank you and receipt templates.
