Relationships Report and Export

A Relationships Report and a Relationships Export are available for your Relationships.

Use the report to filter your relationship records and the export to list all relationship records.

Relationships Report 

A generated Relationships Report will list the: 

  • Supporter
  • Organization
  • Supporter Permalink – the supporter the relationship is for. 
  • Referral Supporter – the supporter the relationship is with. 
  • Referral Supporter Organization
  • Referral Supporter Permalink
  • Relationship
  • Relationship Permalink

Filtering options include: 

  • Relationships
  • Additional Supporter filters (optional)

As with all Reports in REACH, you can save as a Report Template to use later and/or schedule as an auto-generated weekly or monthly recurring report.

The Select Columns to Display button can be used to add additional filtering options to your generated report. Simply click the checkbox to include any of these columns in your generated Report.  

Click Search to generate your Relationships Report.

Relationships Export 

You can export all Relationships from two places:

  1. Data Setup > Relationships
    • Click on the Export Relationships button at the top
  1. Data Setup > Data Import/Export > Exports Tab
    • Click on Relationships List

Note: Completed exports are saved under Data Setup > Data Import/Export > Exports tab for 7 days. Scroll down to find your list of completed, available exports. 

Once you click on Export Relationships, your export will be added to the queue. You will receive an email with the export, in .xls format, once complete. 

The export includes the following fields: 

  • Relationship
  • Relationship Permalink
  • Relationship Inverse
  • Supporter Name
  • Supporter Permalink
  • Supporter Email 
  • Referral Supporter Name
  • Referral Supporter Email 
  • Supporter Relationship Position – the current position on the supporter’s profile 
  • Referral Supporter Relationship Position – the current position on the referral’s supporter’s profile
