The Campaign Portal Template controls the layout and content of individual campaign pages on your site.

Use this template to customize how each campaign is presented to visitors, including images, text, progress indicators, and action buttons.

Access This Template#

Go to Portal Content → Portal Templates → Campaign.

Tip: Make edits in Staging Site first so you can preview changes before publishing.

Background Image (Campaign Cover Image)#

Customize how the cover image is displayed for individual campaigns.

You can:

• Update the image
• Adjust size, border, and fallback colors
• Set corner radius and shadow
• Modify margins and padding

Campaign Image#

Control how the campaign profile image appears.

You can:

• Update the image
• Adjust column width, margins, width, and height
• Set corner radius and drop shadow
• Add alternate text
• Enforce an aspect ratio

Campaign Title#

Customize how the campaign title is displayed.

You can:

• Adjust column width and margins
• Set heading size
• Change text color

Parent Campaign Information#

For child campaigns, customize how the parent campaign reference appears.

You can:

• Adjust margins
• Set font size
• Change text color for the “Supporter Campaign for [Parent Campaign]” text

Item Description#

Control how the campaign description is displayed.

You can:

• Adjust margins
• Set font size
• Change text color

Giving Progress#

Customize the giving progress bar for the campaign.

You can:

• Adjust margins
• Set progress bar color
• Change font size and appearance
• Control the overall size of the progress display
• Include Pledges in Giving Total (Yes/No)

Donor Count#

Control how the number of supporters is displayed.

You can:

• Adjust margins
• Customize number and label colors
• Set font sizes
• Edit label text

Campaign Action Buttons#

Customize the display of campaign action buttons, including Donate to this Campaign, Give by Text, and Start a Campaign.

You can:

• Choose the resulting action

Donation Levels#

When donation levels are present, customize how they appear.

Campaign Gifts#

When campaign gifts are present, control how they are displayed.

Preview and Publish#

Preview changes on the staging site, then use Actions → Publish Staging to Live Site when you’re ready to apply updates to your live site.
