The Calendar portal template controls the layout and content of the page that displays a calendar of events, campaigns, and sponsorship birthdays.
Use this template to customize how calendar content appears to visitors.

Access This Template
Go to Portal Content → Portal Templates → Calendar.
Tip: Make edits in Staging Site first so you can preview changes before publishing.
Adding the Calendar Page
The Calendar page is not included by default.
To add it to your site:
- Go to Settings → Menus
- Edit your Main Menu
- Add a new menu item with:
- Title: Calendar
- Target: Calendar
- Click Add Link
This will create a /calendar page that visitors can access from your site menu.
Heading (Upcoming Events)
Customize the heading displayed at the top of the calendar page.
You can:
- Edit the heading text
- Adjust margins
- Set heading size
- Change text color
Calendar Widget
Control which items appear on the calendar.
You can choose to display:
- Events
- Campaign End Dates
- Sponsorship birthdays
You may enable any combination of these options. Events and Campaign End Dates are shown by default.
Preview and Publish
Preview changes on the staging site, then use Actions → Publish Staging to Live Site when you’re ready to apply updates to your live site.
