Video Messaging

Using REACH, your donors can include a video message when communicating with their sponsorships. This capability is available from the supporter’s Donor Portal, on the Donor Mobile App and in the Admin Console.

Note: Video Messaging is disabled by default for all new accounts. Organizations can go choose to enable or disable video message as desired.

Enabling/Disabling Video Messaging

  • Go to Settings > Sponsorships tab
  • Under Conversations, you will notice the various check box options.
    • To Enable Video Messaging, click on the check box to Allow supporters and administrators to send video messages about sponsorships.
    • To Disable Video Messaging, leave the box unchecked (or uncheck the box).
  • Click on Save Changes

To learn more detail about our Sponsorship Conversations, please view our Sponsorship Conversations overview article.

Note: Due to internet availability and data usage costs, we highly recommend that donor videos are 30 seconds or less.
