Campaign Themes in REACH allow your organization to maintain brand consistency across multiple fundraising campaigns that share the same purpose or cause. Design custom campaign templates that your supporters can use—ensuring every supporter-led campaign aligns with your organization’s branding and messaging.
When to Use Campaign Themes
A common use case for Campaign Themes is during organization-wide initiatives, such as Giving Tuesday.
For example, your organization might launch a Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign and encourage supporters to start their own peer-to-peer campaigns for that same initiative. By creating a Giving Tuesday Campaign Theme, you ensure that every supporter campaign uses the same look, feel, and messaging to reinforce brand consistency.
Once a theme is created, your organization can select it from a dropdown menu when creating a new fundraising campaign under Campaigns > + New Campaign.
Creating a Campaign Theme
To create a new Campaign Theme:
- Navigate to Settings > + New Campaign Theme.
- Add a Theme Title.
- Check the “Live” box if you want the theme to be publicly available and ready for use.
- Add a Theme Description to explain the purpose of the campaign to your supporters.
- Select which settings should apply to all campaigns using this theme by checking the corresponding boxes and entering the required information.
- Click Create when finished.
Customization Options
Each Campaign Theme can include preset elements that apply to all campaigns using that theme. You can choose to:
- Use Campaign Title – Either allow supporters to set their own titles or automatically generate a campaign title using liquid elements.
For example:{{ supporter.name }} Campaign for {{ account.name }}
→ Wendy’s Campaign for REACH - Campaign Description – Apply a default campaign description to all supporter campaigns.
- Campaign Goal Amount – Set a default fundraising goal.
- Campaign End Date – Establish a default end date for all campaigns.
- Campaign Video Link – Add a default promotional video.
- Campaign Image – Set a default campaign profile image.
- Campaign Cover Image – Set a default banner or cover image.
These settings ensure each supporter-led campaign maintains consistent branding and messaging while simplifying the setup process.
