The Sponsorships portal template controls the layout and content of individual sponsorship detail pages on your site.

Use this template to customize how sponsorship information, progress, giving options, and related content are presented to visitors.

Go to Portal Content → Portal Templates → Sponsorship.

Tip: Make edits in Staging Site first so you can preview changes before publishing.

Sponsorship Profile

Control how key sponsorship details are displayed.

You can:

  • Adjust margins
  • Customize text colors
  • Choose which custom fields are displayed

Visibility options include:

  • Days Waiting
  • Biggest Need
  • Age
  • Place
  • Project
  • Sponsorship description preview
  • Selected custom fields

Sponsorship Progress

Customize the sponsorship progress bar.

You can:

  • Adjust margins
  • Set progress bar color
  • Change font size
  • Select bar style
  • Control bar size

Sponsorship Form

Customize how the sponsorship selection form is displayed (for example, 1 Share – $50.00 USD Monthly).

You can:

  • Adjust margins
  • Choose whether all shares are selected by default

Sponsorship Family Unit

When sponsorships are grouped by family unit, this section appears only for sponsorships that are part of a family or have family members.

You can:

  • Customize title and description colors
  • Choose which family details are displayed

Sponsorship Album

When albums are enabled, display additional photos related to the sponsorship.

This section appears only if albums are not hidden. Album visibility and settings can be managed under Settings > Portal Setup > Sponsorships, both at the Sponsorship Type level and for individual sponsorship records.

You can:

  • Adjust margins
  • Choose whether to display photo descriptions
  • Set description font size
  • Change description text color

Updates

Display sponsorship messages added under the sponsorship profile’s Messages tab.

You can:

  • Edit the updates title
  • Adjust margins
  • Set heading size
  • Change text color

Preview and Publish

Preview changes on the staging site, then use Actions → Publish Staging to Live Site when you’re ready to apply updates to your live site.
