How do I sign up and how does the free trial work?
Sign up by choosing a plan on our Pricing page and completing the form. A 60-day free trial is included with full feature access, no credit card required during the trial period. You are required to add billing details only when launching or when activating a payment gateway to accept donations.
What onboarding or training does REACH provide?
REACH provides comprehensive onboarding options, including assistance with data migration and setup, Getting Started webinars, New Admin Orientations, and personal demos tailored to your organization. You also have access to a 24/7 Knowledge Base with guides, videos, and support articles to help you learn at your own pace. Our support team is available throughout your setup process to assist with any questions.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change or upgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts, and every plan includes unlimited donors, sponsorships, and admin users, giving you the flexibility to grow or adjust as your needs change.

What types and sizes of sponsorship programs does REACH support?
REACH supports programs ranging from only a few sponsorships to several thousand. Organizations use REACH to manage sponsorships for children, students, teachers, missionaries, widows, vulnerable individuals, and more. Your monthly price does not change based on how many sponsorships your program includes.
How flexible is REACH for structuring sponsorships?
REACH allows you to customize sponsorship pricing by project, location, or type. You can also offer sponsorship shares, where multiple supporters contribute to one sponsorship, and set optional share categories such as education, healthcare, or food. Sponsors may choose one-time payments or recurring gifts on monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual schedules, giving your organization complete control over how your program is structured.
What can be displayed on a sponsorship profile?
A sponsorship profile can include details such as location, project, age, grade, gender, days waiting, a personal description, and any custom fields you choose—like favorite activities or school subjects. You can also add photos, updates, and documents. REACH offers multiple privacy settings, including admin-only and sponsor-only options, to help you control what information is shared.
How do sponsors interact with their sponsorships?
Sponsors can log into their Donor Portal to view updates, photos, and messages related to their sponsorship. They may communicate through admin-moderated messaging, access documents such as report cards or letters, and manage their recurring gifts and payment information. Administrators can hide, graduate, or feature sponsorships and generate QR codes for use in printed materials or events.

How does REACH pricing work?
REACH is billed monthly based on the plan you select. All plans include unlimited donors, sponsorships, and admins. Transaction fees vary depending on your chosen payment gateway. You may adjust your plan or switch gateways at any time, allowing you to manage costs as your organization evolves.
What is REACHpay and why use it?
REACHpay is an integrated payment gateway that simplifies online giving by offering a single transaction fee and faster payout times. It includes enhanced fraud detection, a card updater for recurring donations, and support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH/EFT, and all major credit cards. Keeping payment processing within REACH makes financial tracking and reconciliation much easier.
What security and compliance measures does REACH follow?
REACH is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest level of security certification for handling payment and donor data. All information is encrypted and stored securely. Administrators can control access through permissions and privacy settings, and secure messaging options allow sensitive data to be exchanged safely.
