No. There are no setup fees.

Yes. REACH transaction fees are in addition to your payment gateway processing fees. The REACH transaction fees range from 0-2% depending upon your account plan level. View our Pricing page for more information.

No. You can sign up and use REACH for 60 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your site, you will need to enter your credit card details.

Yes. REACH and its payment vault provider are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is ultra secure.

REACH works with over 100 payment gateways. If you are not currently working with a payment gateway, we recommend Stripe.

Yes. If you need the ACH/EFT option, we automatically accept ACH/EFT donations from several payment gateways.

We store payment information using Spreedly, our PCI Level 1 compliant payment card vault.

Organizations can export a backup of all their data at any time from their Admin Console. We do not backup your site on a regular basis; however, we are built with data recovery in mind.

All REACH plans include secure, unlimited hosting for your portal.

No. REACH does not host your emails.

Yes. Your REACH portal can use an existing domain name that you own. We also provide a free domain name to all portals on sign up.

Yes. Your REACH portal can use the standard portal design or you can create your own custom theme to use.

Yes. The base portal design for all REACH sites is responsively designed.

No. REACH is month to month.

You can change your account level at any time under your Account Settings.
