New Admin User Tips and Tools

As a new admin user to REACH, we want to provide you with the resources you need so you can be up and running and assisting your organization as quickly as possible.

Review your Admin Settings

You can get there by logging into your Admin Console > Clicking on Settings > Admin Users. Ensure your email settings are correct, you are listed as a primary contact if you are the main admin, and your permissions and notifications are set up as desired.

Understand Reports

REACH includes several reports that will give you a wealth of pertinent information on your donors, sponsors, sponsorships, etc. Understand what each report is and how to generate, decipher and export each Report as needed. 

Know how to Contact Us

The best way to contact us is through our Support Ticketing system–you can access this directly from your Admin Console by clicking the Contact Support icon at the bottom of your left menu. Type in your question, use the Screen Shot option if needed, and it is immediately sent to our support team. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours, but our usual response time is same-day.

Here, you can add and vote on suggestions made to our development team from organizations using REACH. We take your feedback and suggestions seriously. We regularly review the forum and our development team makes updates to the system using your suggestions.
