Adding Soft Supporters

Soft Supporters can now be added and linked to new or existing Sponsorship records.

A Soft Supporter is a Supporter who is not paying for the Sponsorship, but would like to receive notifications regarding the Sponsorship and have access to message the Sponsorship.
